Refund policy

  1. Custom orders are non-refundable.
  2. Any orders shipped via USPS will not be eligible for replacement if the package is lost or damaged. We highly suggest choosing UPS. 
  3. The buyer is responsible for checking product within 3 days and notify wONEderland if there is any damage.
  4. wONEderland will only offer a return and refund if the order error was the result of wONEderland.
