Refund policy
- Custom orders are non-refundable.
- Any orders shipped via USPS will not be eligible for replacement if the package is lost or damaged. We highly suggest choosing UPS.
- The buyer is responsible for checking product within 3 days and notify wONEderland if there is any damage.
- wONEderland will only offer a return and refund if the order error was the result of wONEderland.
